PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Registration Instructions!

1. Only one group leader for a group of 5 or more.  Have your group list prepared prior to registering.

2. When selecting options, please leave all previously checked boxes untouched.

3. Shuttle Service:  If requesting this service, please select the hotel at which you will be staying.

4. Workshop Selections:  (If more than one in any workshop is selected, the default will be your first choice.)

a. Workshop A – choose one from A01 – A12
b. Workshop B – choose one from B01 – B11
c. Workshop C – choose one from C01 – C09

NOTE:  If participating in the Thursday Reading Session or Thursday Last Call, please register for them!

d. Workshop D – choose one D01 – D18
e. Workshop E – choose one E01 – E13
f. Workshop F – choose one F01 – F09

NOTE:  Please select EITHER Friday Fine Arts Sampler OR Friday Reading Session.  You can not attend both.  Also, if participating in the Friday Last Call, please register!
       

5. Optional Events - If you want to participate in the following events, you must register for them:

a. Wednesday Rehearsal
b. CXTRA – Thursday Reading Session
c. CXTRA – Thursday Last Call
d. FXTRA – Friday Reading Session OR FXTRA – Friday Fine Arts Sampler:  Choose one!
(If neither or both are selected, the default will be the Reading Session.)
e. FXTRA – Friday Last Call
f. Saturday Closing Session

6. Upon completing your registration, please verify that you have selected only one A class, one B class, one C class, one D class, one E class, one F class, the Thursday Reading Session (if desired) and have chosen either the Friday Reading Session OR the Friday Fine Arts Sampler (not both).
