 *Conference Registration:

Registration Deadline – July 8, 2009
Those wishing to register after July 8, 2009 may do so on a walk-in basis on July 15, 2009.  However, limited space is available and therefore registration cannot be guaranteed for those registering on a walk-in basis.

While families are important to us, we are not able to accommodate children at the Music & Worship Conference.

Video recording and photographs are taken at all conference events.  Your registration constitutes permission for Christ Church to use your picture in conference materials.

Be advised that the temperature of the facility fluctuates.  For your own comfort, please plan accordingly.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

  1. All cancellations must be received in writing by June 24, 2009 for a 75% refund.

  2. There will be no refund for “no shows”.

  3. For no charge, you may transfer a registration so another individual from your church/group can the conference in your place.  Registrations are not transferable to other churches or organizations.
