KIDPLANET is our ministry to children in 1st-3rd Grade. We strive to provide excellence in three different areas for these grades. . Remember to check your child in at the Kidpark Center for all services at Christ Church.

Sunday AM Services

KIDBLAST—This is our children’s church just for 1st – 3rd Graders during the 8:30 am service on Sunday mornings in Room 207. We use upbeat music, skits, puppets, wacky games and obstacle lessons to teach God’s Word in ways that keeps the kids coming back. Building relationships with Godly leaders is so important at this age and we have an awesome team that does that. The kids are rewarded with Bible Bucks for good behavior, bringing their Bible, brining visitors and also for learning their memory verses. Bible Bucks are redeemable in the Kidblast Store each week.

Sunday School —We offer a small group type Bible study during the 10 AM hour for our 1st-3rd Graders. Our First and Second Grade class is taught with the Elevate video series which takes your children on an imaginative journey of Biblical learning. Kids also love the different format because it teaches them how to apply Biblical concepts and stories to their everyday lives. Another positive is that a new topic begins every eight weeks.

The Factory —Our newest addition to Kidpark is The Factory. It’s an exciting, interactive Children’s Church experience in Wallace Chapel for 1st – 6th Graders. Christ Church Fine Arts Director Stephen Tedeschi produces this weekly event using all of the props, costumes, skits, games and object lessons that he can squeeze into the 60 minutes he has your children. He leads a talented group of volunteers every week that work hard to keep these kids on the edge of their seats and coming back for more. We encourage you to take advantage of the Time Card that is sent home every week and spend time as a family discussing that week’s lesson. Who knows? You might learn something too!
