HERE ARE A FEW TIPS FOR YOUR VISIT
TO CHRIST CHURCH...

What is Kidpark Ministries? Kidpark Ministries is the Children's Ministry at Christ Church for kids, ages 6 weeks old to 6th Grade. Kids are our passion and our desire is that each child would come to know the Lord in a real, life changing way.

What do I do first? We know Christ Church is a big place so we are trying to make Visitor Check-in as simple as possible for you. To insure your child's safety, we require that all children who are visiting to register at the Visitor Check-in Desk by the Kidpark Center in the Main Atrium. A Kidpark Attendant will walk you through the check-in process and direct you to your child's classroom. Infants - Kindergarten can be taken directly to their class after check-in. Your child will be assigned a temporary security number and will be given a visitor nametag. Keep your Visitor Card handy as your child(ren)'s temporary security number is on there. Should we need you during the service, this number will appear in the sanctuary. You will also need to present this card to your child's teacher when you pick your child up from class.

8:30 AM Service: Check-in for first service begins at 8 am. Children, who are in 1st - 6th Grade will be dismissed from the service after praise & worship at 9:00 am. The Kidpark Center will closed at 9:15 am. Teachers are too far into their lessons to be disturbed at this point. We recommend that you either enjoy the playground for the remainder of the service or take your child to the sanctuary with you.

10:00 AM Sunday School Hour: Check-in will re-open at 9:45 am for Sunday School and will close again at 10:15 am. Again, this is only a 45 minute class that we don't want to disturb if you arrive after the 10:15 am cutoff. We recommend that you stay with your child in the playground or take them with you to your Sunday School class. All 1st - 6th Graders must be picked up from their class by 10:50 am. Please show your child's visitor's card to the teacher in their classroom. They will also need a blue lanyard for the Factory [that can be picked up at the Kidpark Center].

11:00 AM Service: If you have not already checked your child in, the Kidpark Center will re-open at 10:45 am to begin check-in for the Second Service. Infants - Kindergarten can be taken directly to their class after check-in. Children, who are in 1st - 6th Grade will be dismissed from the service after praise & worship at 11:30 am. The Kidpark Center and all classes will be closed at 11:45. At this point, there is only 30 minutes of class time left and we recommend that you either enjoy the playground for the remainder of the service or take your child to the sanctuary with you.

When do I become a Regular Attender? You will only need to fill out a Visitor Form one time but you will need to visit three times before you are considered a regular attender. At that point, we will add you into our Parent Pager system and assign you a permanent security number. You will receive a letter in the mail from us with your card, instructing you to go to the Kidpark Center on your next visit and have your family's pictures added to our system.

What is Parent Pager? Parent Pager is the security system we have in place to ensure your child's safety at Christ Church. When a family checks in, Parent Pager immediately prints nametags and check in slips for the children. The check-in slip only pictures those adults who are authorized to pick the child up.

Our Kidpark Calendar:Our Calendar is planned and prayed over with your child(ren) in mind. Some of our events include "Eggs in the Park", Vacation Bible School and our annual Fall Festival. We also plan a week long church camp in the summer for our 3rd-6th Graders. For our 2011 Kidpark Calendar, please click on the Kidpark Calendar link.
