Fran is a first daughter of Douglas, Georgia. She is followed by the lesser well known Douglas natives: Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland and Christopher Phillips of Christ Church. Fran is an enthusiastic supporter of the University of Georgia where she received her degree in Sociology. Fran has been attending Christ Church since 1993 and has been married for 16+ years to Scott. She has two wonderful and talented sons – Charles Barrington and Parker Reaves. Fran enjoys watching her sons play sports and traveling. She enjoys skiing and tennis – when her knee holds up.
