Ben Anderson was born and raised in rural, north-central Iowa. He moved to Nashville in 1999 after graduating college with a degree in Biology. For seven years he made a living in the music industry before joining the Christ Church staff as JAM Director in December of 2006. Ben is married to Erin, otherwise known as “the most patient woman in the world.” They have one daughter, Dylan Romane, born in September 2006.

When Ben isn’t working with young people, he loves spending time with his family and being outdoors as much as possible. Hunting, camping, shooting (trap/skeet/sporting clays) and canoeing are some of his favorite pastimes. Ben greatly enjoys sharing these passions with others and consequently is very involved in Christ Church’s Royal Rangers program as well.
